Lynx Minting with HTS

The first step in our governance ecosystem involves minting LYNX tokens using Hedera Token Service. This process establishes the foundational assets that power our DAO governance system.

The minting process demonstrates how we leverage HTS's native capabilities to mint tokens by depositing the required composition tokens in the contract's treasury. The appropriate amount of Lynx is then sent to the minting user based on the ratio calculation.

Lynx DAO Voting with HCS

Once tokens are minted and distributed, community members can participate in governance through our HCS-powered voting system. This section demonstrates how consensus is achieved through our decentralized voting mechanism.

Governance Agent (Orchestrator)

The governance agent serves as the central orchestrator of our DAO system. This dummy agent handles interactions between various components and executes changes to the smart contract based on community decisions. It monitors the HCS topic for voting outcomes and automatically implements approved parameter values, ensuring seamless translation from democratic consensus to on-chain execution.

Rebalancer Agent (Portfolio Management)

The rebalancer agent maintains DAO determined portfolio allocations by calculating required trades to reach target distributions. This dummy agent analyzes the current treasury composition and executes necessary swaps on the contract treasury to maintain desired asset ratios. It ensures the portfolio remains balanced according to community-defined parameters.

Sentinel Agent (AI-Powered Monitoring)

The sentinel agent represents the AI-powered component of our system, providing intelligent market monitoring and analysis. It continuously monitors token prices through multiple data sources including SaucerSwap and Hedera APIs, detecting when the portfolio deviates from target allocations. The agent utilizes a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system to analyze current market conditions and generate actionable insights, enabling proactive portfolio management decisions.

This multi-agent approach ensures robust, autonomous operation while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions through AI-driven insights.
